DIY Papercrete Block Wall Part II

The DIY Papercrete info was from July of 2012, about four and a half years ago. I recently walked back to the Papercrete Wall in an alley near Monte Vista Elementary School, and the wall seems to be holding up beautifully…if anything, it looks more secure and weathered, able to withstand a few hundred more years…
